What You’ll Do

  • Work alongside on-site Design Managers across multiple Industrial and Residential projects.
  • Split time between site and office across our Midlands projects.
  • Manage the intake, handling, and storage of project documents, including the management system.
  • Maintain document control logs and record all correspondence.
  • Keep an up-to-date database of key submission dates.


What We’re Looking For

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction.
  • Strong knowledge of documentation systems and industry-specific technical terms, policies, and processes.

Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Viewpoint, Fieldview, and 4P, including:

  • Project set-up
  • Creating workflows
  • Managing security groups


Personal Attributes

  • Strong communication skills – able to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Problem solving ability – identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
  • Project management skills – managing multiple initiatives, track progress, and ensuring desired outcomes are met.
