Opportunity to work within the dispensary of a rural GP Practice. The successful applicant will assist the Dispensary staff to provide prescribed medications to patients. This will include receiving deliveries of medications and other products, maintaining appropriate stock levels and selecting and preparing medications to requirements. Candidates will ideally hold NVQ level 2 in Dispensing Services or have experience of working in a dispensary or pharmacy.
The hours will be up to 25-30 hours per week over either 3 or 4 days to include 8.00am start and 18.30pm finishes. Additional hours will be required to provide holiday cover for colleagues.
