Dispatch General Operatives
We are looking for dedicated and reliable Dispatch General Operatives to join our dynamic team at a leading glass processing facility. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork. If you have experience in a dispatch department or manufacturing setting, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Department Manager or Line Leader and follow their direction.
- Ensure that all loads are packed safely and on schedule.
- Collaborate effectively with your team to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Work Procedures (SSOWs) and comply with safety, quality, and company policies at all times.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dispatch department or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with the glass industry is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work evening shifts (15:00 – 23:30) and overtime when required.
