Job Description
Overview.
We’re looking for a highly capable and ambitious Digital Solutions Delivery Manager to lead and support delivery across a wide range of smart building projects and partnerships. This role combines technical oversight, project leadership, partner engagement, people management and commercial awareness spanning everything from major MSI (Master Systems Integrator) programmes to cutting edge digital optimisation services.
You’ll work across flagship projects, such as multi-vendor integration scopes and advanced analytics deployments, while also helping to shape and scale FPC’s service offering. The ideal candidate is technically strong, thrives in a dynamic environment and is excited by the opportunity to deliver impactful projects while influencing how digital buildings are designed, deployed and managed.
Key Responsibilities.
Technical Project Delivery & Client Leadership.
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery for complex digital building projects, including MSI scopes and analytics deployments.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing delivery roadmaps, stakeholder expectations and escalations.
Oversee technical project leadership, resource coordination and delivery governance across internal teams and external partners.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, in scope and to the highest standard with clear documentation, comms and risk tracking.
Support site activities including design coordination, commissioning planning and issue resolution.
Partnership Enablement & Global Collaboration.
Support operational delivery for FPC’s strategic partnerships, managing deployment readiness, client onboarding and resolution of technical or delivery issues.
Act as a delivery liaison across FPC’s global team, working with the India-based Centre of Excellence to align resourcing and triage processes.
Collaborate with partner technical and customer success teams to ensure efficient delivery, strong feedback loops and shared goals.
Coordinate with vendors and third parties during project mobilisation, ensuring integration of systems, platforms and data streams.
Support the development of joint processes with partners to ensure consistent, scalable and repeatable delivery.
Product & Service Development.
Feed insights from delivery back into product and service refinement, ensuring evolving client needs and delivery realities are reflected.
Help define scalable service models for digital optimisation, MSI and platform integration that can be applied across multiple markets.
Represent the delivery voice in shaping internal tools, templates and playbooks including process improvement and standardisation.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
Build trusted relationships with clients and consultants by speaking confidently about FPC’s digital capabilities, delivery approach and technology stack.
Support business development conversations and bid inputs by sharing delivery insight and client value stories.
Identify new opportunities or extensions on current projects, contributing to pipeline conversion and repeat business.
Help position FPC as a trusted technical delivery partner in smart buildings and digital infrastructure.
People Leadership & Management
Provide line management and development support to technical and delivery team members, potentially across multiple countries.
Foster a high-performance culture with strong collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
Support onboarding, coaching and performance reviews, ensuring team capability keeps pace with delivery demands.
Identify skills gaps and support succession planning across the delivery team to ensure resilience and capability growth.
Qualifications
Education.
Preferred: Degree in Engineering, Building Services, IT, or a related technical/management field is preferred.
Project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) and/or systems integration qualifications are advantageous.
Experience.
Industry Expertise:
6+ years of experience in digital buildings, smart systems integration, or technology project delivery
Familiarity with MSI delivery, platform integration (e.g. FDD, analytics) and building technology stacks
Experience managing delivery across multiple stakeholders, vendors and project workstreams
Comfortable working across both major capital projects and lean, fast-turnaround digital deployments
Technical Skills:
Solid understanding of building systems integration (e.g. BMS, EMS, lighting, metering, IDL architecture)
Awareness of cloud-based platforms, data integration protocols (e.g. BACnet, MQTT, API) and smart building architecture
Able to coordinate technical teams, review interface documents and validate design/delivery alignment
Familiarity with commissioning workflows and system handover documentation best practices
Soft Skills:
Excellent client facing communication and relationship-building skills
Confident leading meetings, managing risk and engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership and team building capabilities, including experience line managing across distributed or international teams
Highly organised, self motivated and capable of managing delivery autonomously
Collaborative, solutions-focused and able to work across international teams and time zones
