About the role
We’re looking for a skilled Digital Print Operator to join our talented in-house Digital Print Team at our Print Facility on South Street in Glasgow.
With an over 100-strong Marketing team, we keep it all in-house. We have the latest state of the art digital printing and finishing equipment, producing high volume UK wide print campaigns and producing various printed materials via our e commerce platform to support our branches and wider business – we do it all in this department! This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that plays a key part in delivering high-quality printed materials across the business. You'll operate and maintain state-of-the-art digital printing and finishing equipment and ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time to a high standard.

Hours
Full-time; generally, Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
So, what will I be doing? Working as part of our print team, you can expect:
- Produce high-quality print materials in line with brand guidelines and business specifications. • Support the wider team by ensuring all print jobs are processed efficiently and to the highest standard throughout the production workflow.
- Ensure all printed materials are delivered to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all deliveries of materials and supplies for the department are dealt with in a quick and effective manner and stored in accordance with the print guidelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised print and storage environment at all times.
- Carry out regular upkeep, maintenance, and cleaning of the print room and all associated printing equipment on a daily and weekly basis.
- Previous experience working in a high-volume digital print environment, including operating and maintaining digital printing and finishing equipment (including large format printers).
- Strong knowledge of digital print production processes and finishing techniques. • Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive team environment.
- Able to work independently using your own initiative, while also being flexible to support wider business needs as they arise.
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines. • A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and find solutions.
- Takes pride in delivering high standards of work and understands the importance of precision and consistency.
- A desire to learn, grow, and continually improve skills and knowledge in a dynamic print environment.
