Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist
We are seeking a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing & Creative Specialist to lead design initiatives and drive brand growth across diverse audiences and multiple product lines. Working closely with our sales teams, you will create visually compelling designs, engaging content, and marketing assets that align with business objectives, while seamlessly delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative design, brand development, and digital marketing, with the ability to transform fresh ideas into impactful, results-driven campaigns from concept to execution. An understanding of the co-living, Build-to-Rent, or Purpose-Built Student Accommodation sectors, including their target audiences and marketing nuances, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including digital brochures, presentations, and promotional assets that are visually compelling, on-brand, and support sales conversations and lead nurturing.
- Manage the full creative process for photography and video, from planning shoots (facilities, angles, colours, props, models) to selecting, editing, and optimising visuals for use across brochures, social media, and the website.
- Plan, execute, and optimise email marketing campaigns tailored to different audiences, including segmentation, automation, and audience management.
- Manage and update CRM systems to organise audience data, track campaign performance, and identify opportunities.
- Create, schedule, and boost engaging content for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, reach, and lead generation.
- Monitor analytics and adapt strategies to improve engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with revenue targets and maintain brand consistency.
- Support special projects and other marketing-related initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ proven experience in digital marketing, creative design, and brand development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva for design and layout creation.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, LinkedIn, SEO, and PPC.
- Skilled in CRM platforms and email marketing tools, including segmentation and automation.
- Strong understanding of photography, videography and visual content optimisation for digital use.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with the co-living, BTR, or PBSA residential sectors, including target audience behaviours and marketing channels.
- Ability to take projects from concept to completion with exceptional attention to detail and brand consistency.
