A successful candidate will have a technical and analytical mindset, with an automation first thought process to their work, who can use problem solving solutions to quickly understand processes and data.
What to expect as a Digital Marketing Assistant (Ecommerce)
- Developing & Optimising marketing performance for new and existing UK and international clients based on existing data and trends
- Developing and maintaining automated reporting systems using AI and data analytics.
- Spotting opportunities within Google Ads campaigns for new and existing campaigns to improve performance
- Working closely with Account Managers to deliver innovative digital marketing strategies for clients
- Exciting opportunities to work with clients in a range of ecommerce industries!
- Clear progression path to Senior roles
- Intensive training to rapidly build up knowledge
- There are always new projects in the mix that will provide additional flavour and variety to the role!
Skills we are looking for in a Digital Marketing Assistant (Ecommerce)
- Data Driven with the ability to understand trends and use them to improve the clients campaigns
- An understanding of Google Ads data and optimisations
- Ability to identify opportunities for automation and implement AI-driven solutions.

Desired skills for a Digital Marketing Assistant (Ecommerce)
- Experience with AI platforms or automation tools in a marketing context.
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation and automation.
- Previous Google Ads experience - Understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads Editor & Google Merchant Centre (GMC)
- Degree in a relevant subject area
- CMS Knowledge
- Previous experience of using Google ads scripts
- Understanding of Ecommerce tracking and consent regulations
