We are seeking a Digital Intern to join our dynamic Western Europe Digital & Omnichannel team.

We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and creative Digita Intern to join our Western Europe Digital & Omnichannel team in London.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), eCommerce platforms, and consumer experience design — working alongside digital experts to shape how millions of consumers interact with our brands online.

The ideal candidate will have be open minded and open to learn cross team capabilities, clear commercially attuned and a passion for digital innovation, UIUX design & performance analytics

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support optimization of user journeys across websites to ensure a smooth and engaging consumer experience.
• Help design, run, and report on A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates.
• Work with end-market teams and agencies to deliver best-in-class consumer experience initiatives.
• Assist with platform enhancements, including new features, testing, and performance tracking.
• Analyze consumer behavior and digital performance data, turning insights into actionable

recommendations.

• Contribute to cross-team projects across Marketing, eCommerce, and Technology to drive growth.

What are we looking for?

• A team player with energy, curiosity, and a passion for digital innovation.
• A strong communicator in English, with the ability to simplify insights through data storytelling.
• Analytical and comfortable working with data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Open-minded, adaptable, and eager to learn by doing in a fast-paced environment.
• Interested in digital platforms, UX/UI design, analytics, or CRO (experience is a plus, but not required).

Tools you may use in this role:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Google Analytics & Google Optimize
• Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Analytics, Target, Magento)
• CRO & testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely)

• Practical experience in digital marketing, CRO, UX/UI, and analytics.
• Exposure to cross-functional teams and global best practices.
• Hands-on training with leading industry tools and platforms.
• The chance to contribute to real projects that impact consumer satisfaction and online sales.
• Mentorship from experienced Digital & CRO professionals.
