Die Cutting Operator

At Midland Regional Printers Ltd, we are currently seeking an experienced Die Cutting Operator to work alongside our growing team. £13 starting hourly rate (depending on experience) - plus shift rate of 20% for double day shilfts.

This is double day shift working - potentially three shift working in the future.

We will require the following from the ideal candidate:-

• A proven background of setting, running and maintaining Sanwa Die Cutting machines.
• Experience of Embossing and debossing cartons.
• Knowledge of safety, quality and continuous improvement techniques.
• The ability to carry out day to day maintenance of the machines.
• Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Have the ability to problem solve
• Be able to work with minimal supervision
• Have good organisational and self-motivational skills
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
• A flexible attitude towards working is a must
• The ability to work overtime when required

As you will be working closely with our Production Department, you will also be a good communicator as well as a key Team player. You will be literate, enthusiastic and have the ability to produce top quality results, working to tight deadlines.
