As a Development Insight and Reporting Analyst you'll have responsibility within CTO for the delivery of our performance KPIs as well as enabling our direct and wider teams to have access to self-service performance dashboards. We have ownership for identifying performance trends and working closely with teams across technology service & operations and continual improvement to support driving improvement initiatives with a ‘customer centric’ approach. You'll work collaboratively with our internal customers building strong partnerships based on shared values and trust, collaboratively sharing knowledge.

Service Performance as a team enables faster and better decisions and actionable opportunities within the wealth of our data, enabling the delivery of excellent service to our customers. We aim to ensure timely performance insight to empower our leaders and our business to make better and quicker decisions.
