Cranswick Country Foods Prepared Poultry, breaded chicken factory have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team, as a Despatch Operative in the shift pattern: 4on/4off
hours: 12:00 - 24:00
The main purpose of the role is to handle and move product to the correct storage area. Also you will be responsible for picking and dispatching of finished products making sure date rotation is in place. Please always ensure all product is visually checked for contamination and not damaged.
The key elements of the role are:
· To palletize the product at the end of line.
· To stock the products using the CMEX system.
· Loading and unloading of vehicles .
· Booking any product on intake correctly on the armguards.
· Ensure product traceability is maintained at all times by attaching labels on pallets, etc.
· Ensure correct product information is recorded on the relevant documentation
· Ensure the companies hygiene policies are adhered too and maintained at all times.
· Ensure correct storage of the product in the area
· Maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues to promote successful teamwork
· Ensure all CCP checks are conducted as per the training document.
· Any other responsibilities commensurate with the post. Any other reasonable requests made by the Directors

The ideal successful candidate would be determined to maintain their own standards within the department of a brand new factory and be able to deliver results in a high pressure environment, whilst being able to be flexible and committed to ensure the successful launch of the factory.
