Description & Requirements
Bloomberg Television and Radio is seeking a highly motivated producer to join the EMEA news desk in London. The successful candidate will work closely with our live shows, monitoring the news flow, creating content and coordinating with our reporters and producers on the field. Video editing experience and an eye for detail in broadcast graphics is desirable. A curiosity about markets, finance and economics is essential.
You’ll bring an eye for stories that matter to a global audience of investors, with a strong grasp of politics, economics, and business. You'll need to be equally comfortable in the field, on the news desk, and across digital platforms, whether you're producing a high-profile live interview, leading field production logistics, or shaping content for multimedia distribution.

- Break down complex news stories into compelling narratives for broadcast
- Produce both video and broadcast-ready graphics with an eye for cross-platform storytelling
- Build positive relationships with reporters and help coordinate live reporting across television and radio
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, leading multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
- Be flexible with early or late shifts to accommodate production schedules
- Contribute positively to a team-oriented and inclusive newsroom culture
You’ll need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in broadcast journalism or multimedia news production
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A proactive attitude, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience working in a live news or production setting
- Strong editorial, storytelling, communication, and editing skills
- Flexibility and openness to adapting work hours as news develops
- A passion for journalism and a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and diversity in storytelling
