Happy Journeys is currently recruiting for a Deputy Room Leader to join our vibrant, spacious nursery, which first opened its doors in August 2019.

We’re looking for a Deputy Room Leader who:
- Is genuinely passionate about early years education
- Has solid experience working in an early years setting
- Is confident in supporting the Room Leader and stepping up when needed
- Delivers high-quality care and engaging learning opportunities
- Acts as a positive role model for young children
- Builds warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Maintains high standards in both practice and professionalism
- Works well as part of a supportive team
- Can get involved, sing songs, explore messy play, and bring learning to life
- Brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a can-do attitude every day
