Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Therapist to join our family NHS/mixed practice. This role is essential in providing high-quality dental therapy(full scope) services to our patients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is prioritised.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions based on individual assessments, utilising evidence-based practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and support for patients
- Educate patients about their conditions and the therapeutic processes involved in their treatment.
- Stay informed about advancements in therapy practices, anatomy applications relevant to the field.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications in dental therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records and documentation.
- A compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
