As our Dental Receptionist/Business Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for every patient, ensuring their experience is seamless from booking to checkout. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing appointment scheduling and recall systems
- Handling enquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp and in person
- Processing payments, issuing receipts and reconciling daily takings, banking
- Maintaining accurate patient records in our practice management software
- Coordinating with clinical staff to optimise patient flow
- Lead management via our CRM software
- Optimising dentists diaries for efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational ability and attention to detail
- Confidence handling multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with dental software EXACT is advantageous but not essential
- Previous experience in reception, customer service or healthcare settings preferred

Pay: £24,374.50-£25,349.50 per year
Expected hours: 22.5 – 36.5 per week
