Job Title: Dental Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Dental Receptionist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing outstanding customer service while managing the front desk and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with patients via phone, email, or text.
- Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including verifying insurance and collecting co-pays.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and communication.
- Respond to patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a dental practice preferred.
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing codes is a plus.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft) is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £29,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
