About Us
We’re a brand-new, forward-thinking private dental practice committed to delivering outstanding patient care in a welcoming, design-led environment. Our ethos is built around a modern, compassionate approach to dentistry — blending clinical excellence with an exceptional patient experience.
The Role
We’re looking for a warm, proactive, and tech-savvy Dental Receptionist to be the face of our practice. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring their journey with us is smooth, personalised, and stress-free. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fresh, modern environment and is excited about being part of a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome all patients with a friendly, professional manner and ensure a relaxed and positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage appointment bookings using our digital practice management system — including scheduling, confirming, rescheduling, and handling waiting lists.
- Respond to patient enquiries both in person and across multiple communication channels (phone, email, WhatsApp), providing clear and helpful information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in line with GDPR and best practice standards.
- Handle payments, treatment plans, and billing queries with transparency and professionalism.
- Liaise closely with the clinical team to support seamless day-to-day operations.
- Support wider administrative duties such as inventory tracking, correspondence, and maintaining a tidy, welcoming reception area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist or customer-facing role (dental/healthcare experience a bonus but not essential).
- A genuine passion for people and providing exceptional customer service.
- Tech-confident and comfortable using modern booking systems, email, and digital communication tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the practice.
Why Join Us?
- Be part of building something special from the ground up.
- Work in a beautifully designed, modern space equipped with the latest technology.
- Grow with a team that values your ideas, wellbeing, and development.
- Competitive salary and ongoing support for training and professional growth.
If you’re excited about being part of a new chapter in private dentistry and want to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
