About the Role
As a key member of our team, you'll manage the full patient journey—from initial consultation through to follow-up care—ensuring every patient receives the highest level of service and support. You’ll assist in clinical care, coordinate treatments, and be actively involved in practice marketing and promotions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role (TCO experience is ideal)
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Excellent written and spoken English and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- A friendly, approachable manner with a “can-do” attitude and a Team Player
- Computer literacy (Software of Excellence experience preferred)
- Interest or experience in marketing, photography, and social media a plus
