At Charisma Clinic, we are looking for a talented clinician to join our team across multiple sites, including our modern practices in Stockport and Nelson (Burnley). You'll be supported by an experienced team, led by our Principal Dentist, in a fully private, patient-centred environment.

- Confident with digital impressions and supporting Invisalign patients
- Skilled at managing patients of all ages — especially children and nervous patients

-£25–£35 per hour or 30–40% revenue share

Dental Hygienist – Key Responsibilities
- Deliver preventative oral care through professional scale and polish procedures, plaque and calculus removal, and tailored hygiene advice.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, dietary habits, and preventive care to support long-term dental health.
- Identify and assess periodontal conditions, charting gum health accurately and monitoring periodontal disease progression.
- Work collaboratively with dentists to support comprehensive treatment plans and refer patients when clinical findings require further diagnosis or intervention.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with GDC standards, including treatment notes and risk assessments.
- Support patients with anxiety or dental phobias, using a calm and empathetic approach to create a safe and reassuring experience.
- Promote oral health initiatives within the practice and support long-term patient retention through excellent care and education.
- Ensure high standards of infection control and adhere to all clinical governance protocols.
- Utilize modern dental technology such as digital charting systems and intraoral cameras to support diagnosis and communication.
Dental Therapist – Key Responsibilities
- Provide a broad range of clinical treatments, including restorations (fillings), hygiene therapy, and simple extractions within your scope of practice.
- Carry out children’s dentistry, including preventative treatments (fissure sealants, fluoride applications), extractions of primary teeth, and restorations.
- Deliver high-quality restorative treatments under prescription or as part of direct access, including composite restorations in both anterior and posterior teeth.
- Support cosmetic and Invisalign patients, performing hygiene and whitening treatments, monitoring progress, and preparing teeth when appropriate.
- Engage in full treatment planning collaboration with dentists, communicating clearly with patients about procedures, expectations, and follow-ups.
- Work with digital systems, including intraoral scanners and digital charting, to enhance clinical accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Manage anxious and paediatric patients effectively with a calm, reassuring, and adaptable approach.
- Contribute to practice development, offering feedback and ideas to enhance service delivery and patient experience.
- Maintain compliance with GDC and CQC regulations, ensuring all documentation, safeguarding, and infection control measures are up to date.
- Promote oral health awareness, empowering patients to take responsibility for their own dental care and prevention.

Pay: £24.32-£35.00 per hour
