At Shirley Dental Care, we are a NHS/Private patient-focused dental practice committed to delivering high-quality care in a welcoming and supportive environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Dental Hygienist to join our friendly team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Take and record patient medical histories and dental charting
- Work alongside dentists to support patient care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment
- Build strong relationships with patients to promote long-term oral health
Requirements:
- GDC registered Dental Hygienist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach with a gentle, caring manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to infection control protocols
