We are seeking a dedicated Dental Receptionist /nurse to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a professional healthcare setting.
Dental nursing experience necessary to cover holidays and sickness.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients to the dental office
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Manage patient records
- Answer phone calls and emails, directing inquiries as needed
- Process payments and insurance claims
- Dental nursing experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., MS Office)
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Office administrative experience
