We are looking for a Dental Administrator to join our small, friendly customer service team. This role is based on-site and focuses on managing new patient enquiries. We are seeking someone with some dental knowledge, ideally in dental implants, along with sales experience.
You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients enquiring about our multi-site dental implant organisation. We offer affordable implant solutions as an alternative to going abroad, and you will play a key role in presenting our services to potential patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Make scheduled outbound calls to potential patients, answering questions about dental implants and our dentist training clinic.
- Use our CRM system to track and follow up on leads.
- Input data and book appointments in our practice management software.
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to provide the best possible patient experience.
- Provide reception cover when required at our Shrewsbury or Stafford locations.
Requirements
- Previous healthcare or dental experience is desirable.
- Experience in sales and customer service is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Flexibility to assist at other locations when needed.
