Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Demolition Worker to join our team for the next 5 weeks. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction and demolition, with the ability to safely and efficiently dismantle structures while adhering to safety protocols. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Works on this site will mainly include
- Removal of brick walls and rubble
- Cleaning hardcore
Responsibilities
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools for demolition tasks.
- Assist in the removal of debris and materials from the job site.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.
- Support restoration efforts following demolition, including cleanup and site preparation for new construction.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- CIS Registered
Hours
Monday-Friday
7.30am-4.30pm
(Two 30 minute breaks per day - 10am/1pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 5 weeks
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
