We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Drayman who is eager to ensure our products reach our customers promptly, in perfect condition and can maintain the FR reputation on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivery and Distribution
- Safely and efficiently deliver beer kegs, casks, and cases to pubs, restaurants, and other establishments.
- Load and unload the delivery vehicle using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Customer Interaction
- Act as a friendly and professional point of contact for customers during deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any delivery-related issues.
- Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the delivery vehicle.
- Report any maintenance issues or incidents to the relevant department.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and road regulations.
- Warehouse Assistance
- Assist with stock management, including organizing and preparing orders.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe for operations.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the logistics and brewing teams to coordinate delivery schedules.
- Support colleagues in achieving team goals and maintaining high service standards.
Requirements
- Physical Fitness: This role involves heavy lifting and manual handling of beer kegs and other products (65kg)
- Driving License: A full UK driving license.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Drayman or in a similar delivery/logistics role is desirable.
- Customer Service Skills: Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain excellent relationships with customers.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate delivery and handling of orders are critical.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Forklift desirable but not essential
