Job Description:
Royal Dry Cleaners is seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clean garments to our valued customers in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport garments to customers’ homes and businesses.
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to scheduled time slots.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with clients during drop-offs and pickups.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle.
- Assist with loading and unloading garments and ensuring they are handled with care.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding delivery schedules and any customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in delivery or customer service is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
