Position: Retrofit Designer
Base Location: Chertsey
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 40 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 per year

Role Overview:
Our teams are growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for you to join Sureserve as a Retrofit Designer at our office in Chertsey.
The role of Retrofit Designer is to manage the Retrofit Assessments and Design, as well as ensuring all projects are complaint to PAS2035 standards to allow for government funding and liaising closely with homeowners, landlords, retrofit assessors, design and installation teams, as well as being responsible for overseeing the residential/domestics retrofit projects from inception to completion.
What will you be doing?
- Supporting all operational delivery by ensuring each project is PAS2035 compliant and preparing Drawing packages, including elevations and plans.
- Maintain responsibility for all documentation and evidence for each assessment and ensure that all work scopes meet PAS2035 requirements.
- Work closely with all project stakeholders and manage the flow of information to project stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Monitor the assigned projects and ensuring they are delivered within design scope and compliance requirements.
- Manage the customer journey as well as client and contractor relationships and support compliance procedures.
- Providing a framework to monitor and assess the quality of work carried out and carry out an agreed number of project reviews/evaluations.
What Should You Have?
- Strong project coordination and administrative skills
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry
- Level 2 Award in Understanding Domestic Retrofit
- Energy Efficiency System Designer approved
- Construction background/knowledge with a passion for sustainability and renewables
