Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Follow care plans to ensure that the care being given is person centred.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members using our online system - care control
- Foster a positive environment through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Summary
As a Day/Night Care Assistant, you will be essential in providing compassionate support and assistance to individuals in the home. Reporting to the senior management team, your role involves implementing care plans and ensuring effective communication with residents and their families. Your core skills in caregiving will be complemented by familiarity with care home environments. Strong communication and IT skills will enhance your ability to document care activities and engage with clients, making a meaningful impact on their well-being and quality of life.
