Day Support Worker
At Black Swan Care Group, we are currently looking for a day support worker to work in one of our residential care facilities, Westfield House on a full time, 36, permanent contract, £12.60 per hour.
Westfield House Care Home in Dereham provides residential and respite Care and support for individuals with disabilities and specialises in the care of those with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities of a Support Worker:
- Support the physical and emotional needs of our residents and their general day to day activities around the home, improving and making a difference to their everyday lives.
- Assist residents with their personal care, including washing, lifting/hoisting, bathing, and toileting.
- Support residents with any situation they may find challenging or upsetting.
Requirements of a Support Worker:

- Availability to work every other weekend
