We have a great new role for a Data & Transmission Senior Engineer to join our Connectivity Build Team.

You will be accountable for the installation and commissioning of the First of Type and complex physical deployment solutions and the production of standards and working practices for non-standard Work Orders delivered by the Virgin Media internal delivery model ensuring that the required quality, time, cost and health & safety requirements are met.

You will be responsible for the definition of First of Type activities & processes including the Platform Design Note to influence stakeholders, and deployment strategies ensuring that the end solution is scalable for delivery by Virgin Media’s GAU partners.

You will be a key contributor to Technical Room standards including the Virgin Media Room & Rack Build standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that Virgin Media delivery partners meet the required level of compliance to technical build standards, site working practice ensuring a quality assurance regime is operated and maintained to support the delivery governance teams and continual improvement programmes.
