Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Data Scientist - Senior II — a problem solver, innovator, and mentor who’s ready to go beyond dashboards and dive deep into cutting-edge ML and Generative AI research. This isn’t just another data science role. As a Senior II, you’ll take ownership of high-impact projects, mentor junior team members, and help shape the future of our AI-driven platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn data into decisions and research into real-world products. Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Proven ability to deliver end-to-end ML projects—from research to production.
- Experience conducting in-depth ML research and staying up to date with state-of-the-art advancements.
- Ability to read, interpret, and implement research papers in Generative AI.
- Strong experience in designing and building machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, and core ML algorithms (regression, decision trees, gradient descent, SVMs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with transformer architectures and LLMs.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks for building LLM-based applications.
- Ability to convert theoretical models into production-ready solutions.
- Track record of mentoring and guiding junior scientists and interns.
- Strong collaboration skills and clear communication across technical and non-technical teams.
