Company Overview FTD Digital is an award-winning affiliate marketing agency specialising in UK-regulated bingo, slots, and casino traffic. As part of Ubud Ltd., our remote team manages several leading online gaming comparison sites, successfully connecting players to suitable brands and delivering high-quality traffic for our partners. We are now launching a new performance marketing division focused on buying traffic from multiple sources and monetising it through affiliate deals.
Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Data-Driven Online Marketer to lead our new paid traffic division. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will have significant autonomy to build and manage a multi-channel marketing strategy from scratch. This entrepreneurial role offers the potential to expand into a leadership position, heading the division as it grows. While experience in iGaming is beneficial, being a skilled and analytical online marketer is most important.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns: Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram), retargeting, and email marketing, ensuring data-driven budget allocation.
- Optimise Performance & ROI: Regularly analyse key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and perform A/B tests to maximise campaign effectiveness. Utilise analytics tools to interpret data and aggressively refine campaigns.
- Affiliate/Performance Marketing: Manage affiliate offers, ensuring accurate tracking (UTM tags, conversion pixels, affiliate links) to optimise monetisation of traffic and enhance player engagement.
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular, clear reports to the CEO, translating detailed data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strategy & Growth: Continuously identify new traffic sources and opportunities, stay current with digital marketing trends, and swiftly implement strategies to scale successful campaigns.
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate with content, design, and development teams to produce effective creatives and optimise landing pages. Clearly communicate campaign plans and results with management.
- Organisation & Autonomy: Independently manage multiple campaigns and projects, initially as an individual contributor, with potential to lead and develop a team as the division expands.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in digital performance or growth marketing, with strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Paid Social (e.g., Facebook Ads). Experience with retargeting and email marketing is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Highly analytical, proficient with data analysis tools, spreadsheets, and capable of calculating and applying metrics such as CPA, LTV, and ROI for decision-making.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing profitable PPC/social campaigns, with clear examples of performance improvements through testing and optimisation.
- Technical & Tools: Skilled with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), conversion tracking setup, and troubleshooting tracking accuracy. Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms is advantageous.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in an analytical discipline (Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) preferred.
- Creative Marketing Sense: Ability to create compelling ad copy and undertake creative testing to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Organisation & Drive: Exceptionally organised, driven, and capable of independently managing workload remotely. A proactive and ambitious approach to achieving targets.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, able to produce clear reports and persuasive campaign proposals.
- Adaptability: Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable, excited to innovate, and comfortable rapidly adjusting strategies based on performance data.
- Industry Knowledge: Interest in online marketing and willingness to learn iGaming compliance as required. Previous experience in iGaming is advantageous but not essential.
