What You’ll Be Doing:
- Detect, assess, and respond to cyber threats using enterprise-grade tools
- Help manage vulnerabilities and patching cycles across digital infrastructure
- Assist with cyber audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks
- Research and report on emerging threats and mitigation techniques
- Work with InfoSec and IT teams to implement security best practices
- Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Learn and apply policies, controls, frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS)
You’ll work side-by-side with experienced cybersecurity professionals while attending structured off-the-job training from an industry-leading provider
What We’re Looking For:
We don’t expect you to know everything, but we do expect you to be curious, committed, and capable of rising to a challenge.
Entry Requirements:
- A Level 3 qualification in IT, Computer Science, or similar (e.g., A-Level, BTEC Extended Diploma, Level 3 Apprenticeship)
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A*–C (9–4)
- The right to work in the UK and have lived in the UK/EEA for the past 3 years
- A genuine interest in cybersecurity, systems, or networks
Bonus points if you:
- Have completed personal projects (home labs, TryHackMe, HackTheBox, etc.)
- Have done any coding, networking, or systems admin work—even just for fun
- Are following the latest developments in infosec (Red Team vs Blue Team, anyone?)
