Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Team member to join our team on a Sunday. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and ensuring their needs are met. A knack for upselling products and services while maintaining a positive customer experience is essential. We also run other sites in Great Massingham and Holt for anybody interested in working across different sites. All sites will include and involve operating a Post Office for which full training will be given.
Duties
- Operating the shop and Post Office concurrently
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Excellent time keeping as we rely on this working within a small team
- Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to sell products effectively while ensuring a positive customer experience.
