Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Assist with data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company offerings to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure all interactions are conducted with excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred; multilingual candidates are also welcome.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
- Ability to analyse information and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records is beneficial.
