Job Purpose
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide exceptional service to PassMeFast customers, ensuring prompt and professional handling of queries. We’re looking for strong communicators who think logically and empathetically to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Queries: Efficiently handle inbound customer queries via multiple channels, following PassMeFast’s service guidelines.
- Take Ownership: Act as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Assist CX Team Efforts: Support outbound communications as needed, including payment collection or booking follow-ups.
- Meet SLAs: Maintain service level agreements, including time to respond and resolve.
