About the Role
As a Customer Service/Sales Associate, you'll engage directly with the public, provide helpful guidance, promote services, and represent the heart of our organisation. Your efforts will not only drive sales but also fuel campaigns that create real social impact.
Customer Service/Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential customers in various environments (including retail and event-based settings), building rapport and trust.
- Listen actively to customer needs and tailor service recommendations accordingly.
- Effectively present and promote products, services, and charitable campaigns in a clear and engaging way.
- Educate and inform the public about the mission and impact of our partner charities, encouraging support and awareness.
- Achieve daily and weekly sales targets, contributing to team-wide performance goals.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to improve strategy, share success stories, and drive better results.
- Collect, record, and manage data from customer interactions using digital systems to ensure accuracy and accountability.
- Respond to questions and objections with professionalism and confidence, turning queries into positive customer outcomes.
- Stay informed and up to date on new campaigns, services, and sales techniques through regular training and feedback sessions.
- Represent the brand and its values consistently and professionally at all times.
