Main responsibilities and requirements
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses through phone, email or online channels.
- Guide clients through the relocation process.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and provide feedback for platform development.
- Assist with preparation of client-facing documents, reports, and updates to ensure smooth service delivery.
Key skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online platforms/systems.
- Mandarin-speaking/writing language skills preferred.
