We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Team Member to join our team and help provide exceptional support to our customers. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, this role is for you.
Your Role:
- Assisting customers with enquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Providing accurate and helpful information
- Resolving customer issues with patience and efficiency
- Supporting order processing and returns
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily service goals
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to excellent service
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
