TELEPHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, APPRENTICESHIP.
The successful candidate will act as a member of the Customer Service on the phone. They will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:
Dealing with incoming calls, written correspondence and routine requests
Dealing with emails , complaints.
A good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office
A good level of keyboard skills
Good communication skills, both oral and written
You must be able to deal with complaints and come to resolutions for customers
Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
- Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
