Position: Floating Team Member
Locations: Subway and Simply Fresh
Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week), Monday 10am-3pm & Friday 10am-3pm: overtime available
We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant, working across both our Subway Store and Simply Fresh Retail Store. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in two dynamic environments, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Subway Store:
- Prepare and serve Subway sandwiches, salads, and other menu items to customers.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Keep the store clean and organized, including dining and kitchen areas.
Simply Fresh Retail Store:
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a clean and tidy store layout.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts.
- Uphold store policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
Shared:
- Operate the cash register and process payments accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to different work environments.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus but not required.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
