About the Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our customer experience—speaking with customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering top-quality service in every interaction. This is not a sales or marketing role—it’s all about genuine service and support.
Whether it’s over the phone, in person, or by email, you'll play a key part in keeping our customers happy and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering friendly, helpful and efficient support to every customer
- Answering queries, processing requests, and offering solutions
- Managing customer records and updating internal systems
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Representing the brand with professionalism and a smile (even over the phone!)
