About the Role:
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Retail Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Price Crushers. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming shopping environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist with their enquiries
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Operate tills, handle transactions, and process returns
- Replenish stock and ensure product displays are neat and full
- Work as part of a team to meet sales and service targets
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
About You:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts as required
