What you’ll be doing:

• Be the first and last smile our guests see, creating an amazing first impression and lasting memories.
• Handle annual pass checks, transactions, and guest queries with professionalism and flair.
• Keep the castle buzzing, ensuring smooth operations, queue coordination, and communication through radio calls.
• Promote Warwick Castle and Merlin attractions, helping guests make the most of their visit.

No two days are the same - your role is as dynamic as our castle itself, from enchanting guest interactions to supporting operations behind the scenes.

This is a fixed-term contract, and flexibility is key. Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
