Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyse customer needs will be crucial in ensuring a positive experience. Contribute to the team and have a commitment to achieve targets on a daily basis, Flexible and able to adapt positively to change, you will be comfortable dealing with new products and have an aptitude for learning. Motivated, positive and enthusiastic, Competent written skills, with a good eye for detail, able to check, gather and record information in a legible way.Good numeracy skills, able to deal accurately with money.Previous selling experience or knowledge of financial services would be an advantage but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Upsell additional products or services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and meet sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our systems.
- Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Responsible for transactions carried out and balancing stock
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential; we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good numeracy skills, able to deal accurately with money
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse information critically will enhance your success in this role.

Pay: £22,156.00-£23,437.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week
