The Role
As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand that our customers rely on. Your main focus will be to provide outstanding support, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a smooth customer journey. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude.
What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist with order processing, returns, and product information
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and offer practical solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- A positive, proactive approach to solving problems
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
