Main Responsibilities and Duties:
· To respond to website pop ups within a timely manner
· To be the first point of contact for customers seeking to obtain advice on products and services. To answer all customer enquiries.
· To make product recommendations and suggestions.
· To provide information about services and/or products.
· To ensure customer complaints are dealt with immediately.
· To contact customers for positive outreach and performance/experience surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
