The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Providing clear, friendly, and professional advice

- Logging information accurately and keeping customer records up to date
- Working closely with other departments to deliver solutions
- Representing our brand with confidence and positivity
This is a full-time, in-person role with set shifts – no late nights or rotating weekends.
