Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do:
- Be a vital link between our customers and delivery depots, communicating confidently via phone and email
- Looking after a group of customers providing dedicated 1-to-1 support
- Resolve queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle quoting and booking for UK and international shipments like a pro
- Manage returns smoothly and efficiently
- Monitor shipments using our IT platform
- Keep the wheels turning with essential administrative tasks
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional service
- Join our Sales Team on customer visits, showing your expertise first hand
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- A proactive go-getter with a passion for customer excellence
- Computer literate with strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Solid knowledge of UK geography to navigate customer needs
- Able to work independently but also thrive in a team environment
- Bonus points for logistics industry experience!
