IASME is a cyber security certification company based in the Malvern Hills, with an office in Belfast and one in Dalgety Bay, near Edinburgh.

This role offers a balance of home and office working. You will be required to attend the office based in Malvern one day per week (Tuesday). Part time hours will be considered.
This role will include answering customer queries via telephone and email, as well as administrative tasks.

The tasks within this role are:
- Answering telephone enquiries. These can be varied and are not scripted.
- Answering email enquiries. We use a mail-handling service desk for this.
- Administrative tasks within one of our specialism teams.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
There is no need for you to have any previous experience in Cyber Security, as we have a Technical Team that deals with these types of enquiries.
When reviewing applications, we will not need you to have qualifications but we would be looking for aspects of:
- Experience in office work, including using emails, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Evidence of being organised
- Experience with using varied software platforms
