We’re on a mission to become the UK’s favourite personalised clothing supplier. To support that journey, we’re looking for a highly organised Sales Team Advisor to play a central role in keeping our fast-moving sales operations running smoothly.
The Role
As a customer service advisor, you’ll work closely with both customers and internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and clients receive excellent service at every step.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has an eye for attention to detail.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Coordination
- Be the go-to contact for sales team enquiries and support
- Coordinate daily sales activities, including processing quotes and orders
- Schedule and prioritise work across the business to meet client deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and order progress
Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to client queries via email and phone
- Proactively update customers on their orders, timelines, and any changes
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through our service offerings
Internal Liaison
- Work closely with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure orders meet client specs and deadlines
- Flag any delays or issues early and help implement solutions
- Support team meetings with order updates, progress tracking, and reporting
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline our order and communication processes
- Contribute to ongoing projects to improve customer experience and sales efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a sales support, coordinator, or admin-based role
- Outstanding communication skills — verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident working across departments and managing workflows
- IT literate
- Knowledge of order management systems, Adobe Suite or CorelDraw a plus
- A team player who’s also comfortable working independently
